① Stable structure: thickened cold-rolled steel plate design
Steel Library Shelves are made of high-quality Q235 cold-rolled steel plates. The thickness of the columns is 1.5mm and the thickness of the layers is 0.8mm. The load-bearing capacity is strong. Each shelf can bear more than 50kg. The overall structure is stable and not easy to deform. It is suitable for long-term high-load use, especially for high-frequency borrowing areas.
② Anti-rust treatment: full-surface electrostatic spraying process
After degreasing, pickling, phosphating, and rust prevention, the surface of Steel Library Shelves adopts environmentally friendly electrostatic powder spraying technology. The coating thickness is more than 80μm, which has strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Even if used for a long time in an environment with high humidity, there will be no paint peeling or rust.
③ Flexible and adjustable: multi-level adjustment of the shelf spacing
The shelf spacing is adjusted in 25mm increments. Users can freely combine the number of layers and partitions according to the height of the books to improve space utilization. The adjustment method adopts a hook-type design, which can be completed manually without screws or tools, improving the convenience of installation and daily adjustment efficiency.
④ Safety details: corner arc protection design
Each contact edge is processed with an inward folding arc process, and the corners are polished smooth to avoid scratching people or books. The bottom foot pad is made of rubber material, which is effectively non-slip and does not damage the ground, enhancing the overall safety of the bookshelf.
