PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

The Classroom Desk features a cold-rolled steel tubular sled frame with an electrostatically powder-coated exterior. The tabletop is E1-grade melamine veneer with a 2mm heat-sealed PVC edging. It includes a punched steel book basket and ABS drawer underneath. The accompanying chair features a one-piece PP seat back with steel tubular sled legs and rubber foot pads.

Classroom Desk Features

Adjustable: 

The tabletop offers seven height settings, from 620 to 780 mm, adjustable in 20 to 30 mm increments. The chairs are available in two seat heights: 340 or 380 mm, suitable for heights between 120 and 180 cm. The column scale is clearly laser-marked, and the knob tightens with a torque of at least 3 Nm. Adjusting the height takes an average of less than 8 seconds, allowing the entire class to be calibrated within the first week of school. Fine-tuning can be performed throughout the semester based on height changes.


Stable: 

The main frame is constructed of 30 x 50 mm oval tubing and 25 x 50 mm crossbeams with a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. The legs and crossbeams form a triangular force path, allowing the entire desk to withstand a static load of 150 kg without deformation. The sled's feet are equipped with nylon guide blocks, resulting in a lateral swing angle of less than 1.5 degrees. A concentrated load of 30 kg applied to the edge of the table produces no visible deflection, and the table remains stable even when heavy books are stacked or large pieces of writing are written.


Quiet

25mm-wide rubber feet are installed at all four corners, ensuring a sound pressure of no more than 55 decibels when moving. The drawers feature nylon slides with galvanized guides, and have been tested 30,000 times without cracking. EVA shock-absorbing pads are installed at the connection between the book basket and the tabletop, significantly attenuating the sound of falling metal stationery. During class, monthly exams, or evening study sessions, noise levels in the hallway and classroom are kept low.


Wear-Resistant Surface

The tabletop is constructed of 18mm E1-grade particleboard with a double veneer, offering a wear resistance of ≥6,500 revolutions and resistance to dry heat at 100°C for 30 minutes without bulging. The 2mm PVC hemming is hot-melt-molded, ensuring a continuous seam with no delamination for 100 meters. Marker and coffee stains show minimal color change after 500 wipes with a neutral detergent, making it suitable for frequent disinfection and cleaning regimens.


Safety Details

Metal ports are uniformly rounded, and exposed screws are capped. The table corners are R15mm for collision protection. The sled feet have chamfered corners for anti-tip protection, the backpack hook supports 15 kg, and the drawers have spring-loaded cushioning to prevent pinching. The entire system has passed 50mm drop and 24-hour static pressure tests. The leg area is free of sharp edges, meeting daily campus safety inspection requirements.


Ergonomics

The tabletop features two adjustable settings, zero and eight degrees, for quick transitions between writing and reading. The backrest reclines from 100 to 102 degrees, with the seat rising 2 degrees in front and lowering 2 degrees in the back. The footrest is 260mm above the ground for natural calf support. The backrest ventilation ribs are 8mm wide for summer ventilation. The tabletop can be arranged at 600mm spacing, providing a more relaxed neck and backrest during long lectures.


Corrosion-resistant and easy to maintain

The powder coating is 60 to 80 microns thick and withstands 72 hours of neutral salt spray without blistering. The steel book basket is punched with 0.6mm holes from a cold plate, allowing for easy dust removal. Standard M6 fasteners are standard, requiring only an internal hexagonal screwdriver for routine maintenance. Optional transparent anti-writing coating and foot pads improve cleaning efficiency by approximately 30%.


Quick Assembly

The desks are supplied semi-preassembled, featuring a four-point quick-install mechanism. One person can complete a set in just 10 minutes. The outer box measures approximately 105 x 55 x 15 cm, with a gross weight of approximately 26 kg per set. A 20-foot container can hold 220 to 240 sets. Centralized procurement projects allow for rapid on-site delivery, positioning, and delivery based on classroom number, shortening the pre-school setup period.



Application

Standard public elementary school classrooms

Classroom desks and floor stickers are arranged according to height, ensuring a more orderly classroom environment. Book baskets and drawers are used to centrally store textbooks and stationery, reducing the time required to clean and restore tables. On-duty students push cleaning carts along the two aisles, mopping and disinfecting the entire class in ten minutes. Class photos are archived for daily inspections.


City-run junior high school centralized examination halls

Rows are marked with 1.1-meter spacing and 1.5-meter invigilation lanes. Entry is based on numbered seats. Tables are fixed and level for easy filling in cards, and drawers are sealed to reduce the risk of smuggling. Changing classrooms requires simply returning the tables to their normal positions according to row and column numbers, allowing invigilators to quickly check the table numbers, ensuring the entire floor is cleared and restored within the specified time limit.


Evening study rooms at training institutions

Divided areas are pre-set at 3-4 height levels, allowing students to enter and take their seats simply by turning a knob. The room can be tilted for reading and returned to a horizontal position for review, eliminating the need for major movement. Cable clips conceal charging cables, keeping them out of the way. Simply tidying drawers and book baskets between sessions allows academic staff to quickly inspect and register maintenance points before closing.


Study areas at city libraries

Wooden floors are equipped with rubber mats and EVA tabletops, ensuring quiet movement and floor-friendly operation. Seats are numbered by row, and backpacks are hung on the right side of the hook to maintain clear aisles. Before closing, volunteers wipe down tables and chair backs with a neutral wipe, ensuring consistent quiet and seat turnover in public areas.


Study Corner in a Campus Dormitory

A compact 600×450mm tabletop and sled-leg chairs are placed against the wall to streamline circulation. An 8° bevel is used to alleviate neck and back strain during nighttime reading, allowing for a more even balance when doing homework. Drawers and baskets are used to organize commonly used stationery and review materials. Dormitory administrators inspect fasteners and mats for wear by bed number, ensuring consistent dorm cleanliness.


Physics and Chemistry Laboratory Theory Area

Horizontal tables are used for experimental presentations and note-taking. Backpacks and materials are centrally hung and stored in baskets, away from wet areas and reagents. Tabletops and chair backs are wiped down after class. The sled-leg guide blocks on the epoxy floor minimize wear, ensuring smooth flow before and after labs.


Mixed-Age Classroom in a Rural Boarding School

Multiple height levels cover different age groups, allowing for fine-tuning of the same model from semester to semester. The durable metal frame and universal fasteners allow for centralized maintenance during holidays. Numbered floor stickers eliminate the need for complex configurations for substitute and rotating classes, reducing the total cost of ownership for the entire school.
