Student Desks And Chairs Features

Adjustable

The tabletop height ranges from 600 to 780 mm in seven positions, with 30 mm increments. The chair seat height ranges from 340 to 440 mm in five positions, with the backrest adjusting 20 mm with each position. The telescopic column is clearly laser-marked, and the knob tightens with a torque of at least 3 N·m. After a one-time calibration, adjustments can be made to maintain a comfortable sitting position throughout the semester, accommodating students from 120 to 180 cm tall.

Stability

The main frame is constructed of 30 × 50 × 1.2 mm elliptical steel tubing. The 25 × 50 × 1.2 mm crossbeam and H-shaped feet form a closed force path. The table has a static load capacity of ≥150 kg, and the chairs have a static load capacity of ≥130 kg. The desktop edge exhibits no noticeable deflection under a concentrated load of 30 kg, with a lateral sway angle of ≤1.5 degrees. The drawer, fully loaded with 15 kg, can be pushed and pulled 30,000 times without breaking, and there is no vibration when writing or turning pages.

Low Noise

The foot pads are made of elastic TPE with a base width ≥25 mm and a dragging sound pressure ≤55 dB. The drawers utilize nylon sliders and galvanized guides for stable reciprocating sliding. EVA sound insulation pads are placed between the desktop and the metal components to significantly attenuate the instantaneous impact sound of a pencil case falling onto the desktop. This maintains low noise levels during class rotations or evening study sessions, minimizing interference.

Wear-Resistant Surface

The desktop is 18 mm thick, wear-resistant for ≥6,500 revolutions, and withstands dry heat at 100°C for 30 minutes without bulging. The 2 mm PVC edging is hot-fused and will last for 100 meters without delamination. Coffee and marker stains can be wiped 500 times with a neutral detergent with minimal color change. The scratch hardness reaches 3H, making it suitable for frequent writing and daily disinfection.

Ergonomics

The desk offers two tilt settings: 0 and 8 degrees, allowing for quick switching between reading and writing. The backrest can recline from 100 to 102 degrees to align with the spinal curve, and the front seat tilts 2 degrees higher and lower at the back to promote a neutral pelvic position. The birch plywood is 10 mm thick, with a large rounded front edge to prevent pressure on the legs. The footrest is 260 mm above the ground, providing stable support for the feet and more balanced pressure on the neck and back during long classes.

Safety Details

The desk corners are rounded 15 mm, and the exposed screws are capped. The backpack hook has a load capacity of 15 kg or more and is located away from student traffic areas. The H-shaped feet feature anti-tilt guides and are scratch-resistant on epoxy or wooden floors. The metal ports are fully rounded, and the underfoot area has no sharp edges. It has passed 50 mm drop and 24-hour static pressure tests, ensuring peace of mind during campus inspections.

Easy to Maintain

The powder coat is 60 to 80 μm thick and withstands 72 hours of neutral salt spray without blistering or gloss loss. The fasteners are a standard M6 size, and routine maintenance only requires one hexagon socket. The drawers feature perforated mesh baskets for easy removal of paper scraps. Optional transparent anti-writing coating and foot protection rings increase classroom cleaning efficiency by approximately 30%, ensuring a stable appearance over long-term use.

Logistically Friendly

The desk is supplied semi-preassembled, with a four-point quick-installation mechanism. Installation by one person can be completed in 10 minutes. The packaging dimensions are approximately 105 x 55 x 15 cm, with a gross weight of 24 to 26 kg per set. A 20-foot container holds 220 to 240 sets. Each box is labeled with a height-grade label and includes a spare parts package. The equipment is distributed and located on-site according to classroom number, accommodating centralized procurement and tight delivery schedules.

Application

Standard Public Elementary School Classrooms

Arranged in four to six rows in a row, with a 90 cm teaching aisle from the blackboard to the first row, and a 60 cm row-to-row distance and a 50 cm chair-to-chair distance. Two to three height levels are set based on height, and calibration is completed during the first week of enrollment. Textbooks and stationery are stored in drawers and baskets in layers. Tables are cleaned and restored before school ends, and photographs are taken for record keeping. Morning and evening cleaning utilizes a dusting and wet mopping system, eliminating the need for frequent furniture movement and ensuring more punctual class handovers.

Municipal Junior High School Centralized Examination Centers

Lines are marked with a 1-meter row spacing and a 1.5-meter proctoring aisle. Tables are fixed at a horizontal angle, and drawers are temporarily sealed. Candidates are seated in a single direction according to their number, and proctors inspect table numbers and seal status. After the bell rings, students are pushed back to their normal positions according to their row and column numbers. The exam staff will review the list and seal the classroom. The entire floor is cleared and restored within the specified timeframe, ensuring that adjacent exam rooms are not affected by noise and that consecutive sessions flow smoothly.

Evening study rooms at private training institutions

The academic staff preset three to four height settings; students only need to fine-tune the knobs before entering. Reading rooms switch to an octave of incline, while lectures and reviews return to a horizontal level. Centralized wiring on the wall provides power to the flat panel and projector, eliminating tangled wires. After each session, drawers and book baskets are tidied before the next session. Before closing, floor mats are inspected for wear and loose fasteners, and a maintenance plan is registered to ensure a clean and quiet classroom.

Study areas at the city library

The wooden flooring is equipped with rubber mats and EVA table mats, ensuring low noise and floor-safety. Seats are assigned by row number, and backpacks are hung on the right hook to keep the aisles clear. Ten minutes before closing, volunteers wipe the tabletops and chair backs with a neutral detergent, and administrators spot-check bolts and power status. No major tidying is required before the next day's opening, ensuring stable seat turnover.

Study Corner in Campus Dormitory

Student desks and chairs, measuring 600 x 450 mm, are placed against the wall to save space. The eight-degree incline allows for nighttime reading to relieve neck and back strain, while daytime homework allows for improved balance. Drawers and baskets provide layered storage for commonly used stationery and review materials. Dormitory administrators inspect floor mats and fasteners by bed number, and provide centralized maintenance on weekends to maintain order in the dorms throughout the semester.

Community Public Welfare Classroom

Catering students of different age groups, student desks and chairs are color-coded by height. Every weekend, volunteers inspect the hems and foot covers for wear and replace spare parts. Book baskets are used to store shared stationery and exercise books. They are positioned and replaced along the wall at the end of each class, and signatures are recorded. Group activities and lectures can be quickly transitioned between the same space, keeping the space clean and tidy.
